This shall be the first post of the year 2008!
Countdown was great! I met up with Weiying, Serene, Sam, Michelle and of course not forgetting the birthday girl Vannie who just turned 19. -grumbles
We went to The Arena after the countdown and we paid 32 each. Eek. First extortion of the year. It was quite alright though. As like all the other clubs we go, there were weird people dancing around my friends, drinks, getting tired and wanted to go to our tradition of Macs but it was packed so we ended up paying 7 bucks for a plate of Fries at TCC. WAHA.
We were at TCC, waiting to get our fries. It came! The waiter brought over the fries to us. He was about to put the plate down when Serene said out loud "What is your new year resolution?" and she was directing the question to NO ONE. Or so it seems. Both Sam and I instinctively looked at the waiter, who looked back at us, we three looked at serene, who was still doing what we dont know, we looked back at the waiter who looked back at us and we laughed.
"Who are you talking to Serene!"
"You guys lah!"
"We thought you were talking to the waiter! You seem like you're directing the question to him!"
He was like smirking at us man. He came back to the table and Serene went, "Sorry about that. Soooo, what's your new year resolution?"
My godd, he just smile at us and walked away. HAHA. Stupiddd!
We sat at the Singapore River for a while to chit chat and it got chilly but stupid Serene and Sam refuse to let me go cos they reckon that this is the first time that I'm actually feeling cold and they were happy that I'm in pain.
I went over to Char's house and <3 char for the the christmas gift and chocs! <3
As it turns out, we (Char, Ant and I) went over to Macs for breakfast! It was awesome but I was feeling so stony and in Char's words (whiny).
I head home and couldnt stay awake on the bus so I slept. When I woke up, I was like Shit! Mandarin Gardens! (That's 2 bus stop away from my house) I must change bus! I quickly ran off the bus. ONLY 5 secs later did I realise that I was on the bus 43 and it actually brings me all the way to my house. -.-" I felt so stupid.
My mum bought me hotcakes and sausage for breakfast! And that was what I had for breakfast at Macs. I was so dead tired I just went bed after bathing and eating a bit of lunch.
