DXO on friday!

After coming home from the fiasco that happen with the Rain airport stayover, I slept all the way till 2pm. Char called me that evening to tell me that her parents actually allow her to come clubbing with us YAY! Met up with her earlier cos she havent eaten yet so we met at Macs Suntec city. After the punctual arrival of lena and anthea, we made our way to DXO. Poor char, first time clubbing have to endure that kind of entrance. So poor thing :( I'll find another club ok! :D DXO was actually ok at first, the songs was so-so, they have a live band playing all the quite recent songs. Which was ok at first. The band stopped playing, they left and the DJ took over. The DJ made his first grave mistake by playing the EXACT SAME SONGS the band just played. How do u dance to the same song over again? Its quite boring. For ladies night on friday, they actually have free flow of drinks for the ladies but the amount of vodka they put in its quite gross. My vodka lime turn out to be just the lime and water. The second mistake they made was to actually PLAY THE SONGS ALL OVER AGAIN. Man. We end up munching at gluttons bay with oyster, squid, hokkien mee, cockles, and bandung! While waiting for a cab that accepts nets, we saw 2 cars actually speeding down and one of the cars just suddenly lose control and hit the lights. The street in front of us went dark and the red car, actually still turn around and try to head away but ended up crashing into the bushes on the other side of the road! It was just mind boggling. Char was the best man. While all of us just watched in awe of what was happening, she took out her handphone and called the ambulance. Like whaaaa.I was still trying to process what's happening man. The ambulance came and we decided that the guy is in good hands so i took a cab home. Calling them to tell them i reach home safely, only to find out that their bus broke down in the middle of the road 0.0 Weird. 0.0
